Yesclippy supports data access, export and deletion requests.

1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect and Why

  • Account details: Email address, optional profile name, and authentication tokens (Google OAuth or magic link).
  • Media files: Video files and audio tracks uploaded for the sole purpose of AI clipping, transcribing, and reframing.
  • Usage telemetry: Processing minutes used, feature interactions, and referral attribution.
  • Payment data: Processed directly by our authorized Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy / Paddle). Yesclippy never stores your credit card numbers or banking secrets.

3. Clear Data Retention Policy

Automated Storage Lifecycle:

• Uploaded source videos: Permanently deleted after 7 days.
• Exported clips: Permanently deleted after 30 days.
• Transcripts & analytics: Retained while your account is active, and wiped immediately upon account deletion.

4. Your Data Rights

Yesclippy supports data access, export and deletion requests. You have the right to access your personal data, request complete portability/export in JSON format, or request permanent account erasure. These actions can be triggered directly in your user settings or via the form below.
