1. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account or use Yesclippy. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Content Ownership and Copyright Rules

You must own or possess explicit permission/license to clip, edit, download, or distribute any video or audio file you upload or import to Yesclippy. You retain 100% ownership of your original intellectual property and resulting video creations.

Yesclippy respects copyright. If you import third-party videos via URL, you must certify that you own the rights or have permission. Unlawful copyright infringement will result in immediate termination of service and deletion of data.

3. Data Retention & Automatic Purging

To protect user privacy and disk capacity:

Uploaded source files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after 7 days.
Exported clips are retained for 30 days, after which they are permanently purged. Please download your finished clips promptly.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Money-Back Guarantee

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time via your Account Settings. We provide a full 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. Processing minutes do not roll over between billing cycles.

5. Views-for-Minutes Program Rules

Bonus minutes earned via the Views-for-Minutes program require the visible presence of the required tag yesclippy.com in the public video caption or description. We reserve the right to audit claims and reject fraudulent view botting or duplicate submissions.
